06.09.2022
MINSK, 6 September (BelTA) – ZAO Belarusian National Biotechnology Corporation will make vitamins of the C and B groups in the future. The relevant agreement has been reached with the People's Republic of China, Belarusian Agriculture and Food Minister Igor Brylo told the On Point project on BelTA's YouTube channel.

According to Igor Brylo, the Belarusian National Biotechnology Corporation is a unique project. It uses grain to make not only the compound animal feed that standard grain processing plants can make. The enterprise makes four kinds of amino acids: lysine monohydrochloride, lysine sulfate, tryptophan and threonine. The enterprise also has divisions that make starch, gluten, and other products. It processes 100% of the grain it receives. About five countries across the globe are licensed to make vitamins. Only thanks to Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko and his personal arrangement with the Chinese president these vitamins will be made in Belarus in near future, too. The Belarusian National Biotechnology Corporation will make vitamins of the C and B groups in the future.

Igor Brylo went on saying: “Only thanks to our president our country has started making amino acids for the first time. Its share on the domestic market will be about 15%. It may be slightly larger depending on the development of our manufacturing enterprise. The rest will be an export-oriented model.”

Igor Brylo remarked that the Belarusian National Biotechnology Corporation already employs over 1,600 young people. Several houses to accommodate young specialists have already been built in Pukhovichi District, in the city of Maryina Gorka. It is only the beginning, the official noted. The enterprise will grow larger, respectively the potential of the people that work there will grow as well as their number. The construction of kindergartens will begin soon to accommodate kids of the personnel of the Belarusian National Biotechnology Corporation. There will be a school in the future, too, the agriculture and food minister said.
