The Belarusian exposition was organized by the Belinterexpo enterprise and features four companies: Postavy Dairy Plant, Belarus-Uzbekistan company Bretta (that represents Luninets Dairy Plant), Slutsk Cheese Making Plant and Gomel Meat Processing Plant.

On the opening day, the Belarusian exposition was visited by Chairman of the Uzbekistan Food Industry Association Bahodir Umirshaykhov.

At the UzProdExpo exhibition in Tashkent, Postavy Dairy Plant is showcasing its signature products, including Cheddar Red, Parmesan Grand and Maasdam cheeses. These products are believed to have the brightest export prospects in Uzbekistan.

This milk powder can be used to make zero-calorie yogurts, ice creams, milk shakes, baby formulas and other products.

Slutsk Cheese Making Plant is displaying its expanded line of lactose-free products, including a new product - lactose-free sweet cream butter. The assortment also includes glazed cheese curds, cottage cheese, milk with an extended shelf life, butter, chocolate butter, cheese spread and a variety of other cheeses.

The company will showcase its latest products, including a new item for the Uzbek market - low-calorie Black Pearl sausage made from beef and poultry.
