MINSK, 15 February (BelTA) – Belarusian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Yuri Ambrazevich accepted copies of credentials from Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Nepal to the Russian Federation with concurrent accreditation to Belarus Milan Raj Tuladhar on 14 February, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The parties considered the Belarusian-Nepalese relations, discussed promising areas of bilateral political, trade and economic cooperation, as well as building up ministerial contacts and expanding the legal framework.

The parties confirmed mutual interest in intensifying contacts between Belarus and Nepal at various levels, including the first round of political consultations between the foreign ministries of the two countries.
